He is experienced microwave, radio frequency (RF) and core transport network design, planning, development and deployment engineering, and operations leader. His experiences include; operations, profit and loss management, network design, deployment, vendor management, contract negotiation, performance and optimization, equipment testing and evaluation, standards development, budgeting, business case development, and cost modeling.
